Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Rockwell Collins Pro-Line 21 STC SA01267WI-D with deviations for an enhanced VHF communications system, mission intercom system, cockpit voice recorder upgrade, flight data recorder provisions, emergency locator transmitter upgrade, and enhanced field performance in accordance with Master Document List MDL-042, Revision C, dated May 6, 2008, or later FAA approved revision. The following Airplane Flight Manual Supplements at the indicated revisions, or later FAA approved revisions, are required:
Limitations and Conditions: The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
