Howard Jr. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated November 5, 1969 required for Aero Commander Model 680FL; dated April 17, 1970 required for Aero Commander Models 680T, 680V, 680W; dated May 12, 1970 required for Aero Commander Models 560E, 680, 680E; or dated May 12, 1970 required for Aero Commander Models 560F and 680F.
Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
