Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a 4 place Passenger Seating Arrangement in accordance with AeroNautique Master Document List document number MD-AN-1801, Rev. IR, dated June 12, 2009, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. This modification must be maintained in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, AeroNautique document number AN-1801-ICA-01, Rev. IR, dated June 3, 2009, or later FAA accepted revision.

Certification Basis: The certification basis for this STC is the same as identified on Type Certificate Data Sheet A59EU Part 23 Amendment 23-1 to 23-33 and FAR Part 25.853 Amendment 25-116.
