Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a built-in oxygen system installed in accordance with Engine Technologies, Inc., Master Drawing List 35-4960001, Rev. NC, dated September 28, 2009, or later FAA approved revision. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Report 35-4960005, dated November 9, 2009, or later FAA approved revision is required.

Limitations and Conditions: The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Limitations and Conditions (Continued): Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will not introduce adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. A copy of this certificate, continuation sheet, and FAA flight manual supplement as listed above, or later approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

Certification Basis: The certification basis for this STC is the same as for the original certification basis for these model airplanes except for 14 CFR 23 paragraphs 23.1301, 23.1441, 23.1443, 23.1445, 23.1447, 23.1451, 23.1453,

23.1529, 23.1581, 23.1583 which are amended by amendment 23-49.
