Airplane Flight Manual Supplement SI470-835, Revision B, dated April 23, 2012 or later FAA approved revision is required. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), Sierra Industries, Inc. document number SI470-838, Revision B, dated November 16, 2011 or later FAA accepted revision must be available to the operator at the time of installation.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
