FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated 12/4/69 is required for United Control FA-542 Flight Data Recorder System; Supplement dated 2/15/72, revised 6/23/72 is required for Fairchild A-100 Cockpit Voice Recorder System.
NOTE: The United Control Voice Recorder described by original Drawing List 660116 dated 10/22/69 provisions only are approved. The area microphone channel was found unacceptable.
Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
