Installation of avionic equipment rack – washroom in accordance with Drawing List Mod. No. A5050-1 Issue D dated April 27, 1978.
1. This modification must be installed in conjunction with Innotech Aviation Limited Drawing List Mod. No. 1014-1 Issue E dated October 24, 1978.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for approva l shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
