Installation of Cleveland wheels, tires (7.00-6, 8.00-6, or 8.50-6), and brake assembly (single puck Kit#199-04600), in accordance with Dual Controls Aircraft, Inc., Installation Instructions 1200-1, dated December 17, 1990, and Cleveland Aircraft products Drawing 20-134, no revision, dated October 7, 1986, or later FAA Approved revisions.
1) Approval of this change in type design applies to the above aircraft model only.
2) The compatibility of this design change with previously approved aircraft modifications must be determined by the installer.
3) A copy of this certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
