This approval is limited to the installation in Beech V35B, Serial Number D-9308 only. A copy of this Certificate and Addendum No. SA1118NW shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

The conditions and limitations of Type Certificate Data Sheet Number 3A15 apply except where superseded by the following:
Supplemental Type Certificate Data Sheet, which is part of STC SA1118NW, prescribes the conditions and limitations under which the product for which the STC was issued meets the airworthiness requirements of the Civil Air Regulations.

BEECH V35B (LANDPLANE - UTILITY/RESTRICTED CATEGORY) AS MODIFIED BY STC SA1118NW OPERATIONS:
Operations with the camera port and optical port installed are in the Restricted Category only. No persons other than the minimum required crew shall be carried during special purpose Restricted Category Operations. Only an A & P mechanic may install or remove the camera system. Removal of the camera and optical system and installation of the sealed covers reverts the airplane to the Utility Category.
A logbook entry must be made each time the aircraft is converted from category to another.
