Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of a McCauley 1A175-DM propeller with a Cessna 0550162 spinner on Continental C-145 series and 0-300A and B series engines in accordance with Cessna Service Manual No. D-138-13, dated February 1, 1962. (Figure 14-1)

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above aircraft model only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

When the propeller is changed, it should be accomplished by a licensed airplane mechanic with proper entrance into the logbook. A copy of this Certificate and the Kenmore Air Harbor FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
