2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The aircraft shall be currently equipped with one of the Pro Line Fusion (EDS) versions listed below, either from the factory, via Textron Service Bulletin (SB) upgrade, or via STC SA01784WI, SA01769WI, or SA01964WI.

Phase 1 (VIX), Phase 2 (V2.2.3), Phase 3 (V3/V3.36), Phase 4 (V3.4), or Phase 4+ (V3.6).

New Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Textron Aviation B200GT, B200CGT, B300, B300C modified by the installation of the Pro Line Fusion EDS Phase 4++ (V3.7) software upgrade and additional factory options is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Textron Aviation B200GT, B200CGT, B300, B300C airplanes is shown on TCDS A24CE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts change or affected by the change since the reference date of application, 09 May 2024, include:
