Description of the Type Design Change: Conversion to Main Deck (Class E Compartment) Cargo Carrier, which includes redistribution of all air conditioned air, installation of smoke detectors, forward and aft bulkheads, installation of emergency exit on right side and relocation of the following emergency controls: manual landing gear release, flap extension controls, fuel shutoff handles, pressure outflow control, and air conditioning mixing valve, in accordance with Flight Structures, Inc., Drawing List No. 80FS021D2.
Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication on other airplanes. This approval is limited to the installation in Fan Jet Falcon Series E, S/N 290 only. A copy of this certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified airplane.
The following FAA approved documents are required:
1. Flight Structures Flight Manual Supplement.
2. Flight Structures Loading Procedures Manual.
