Description of Type Design Change: Stretcher installation in the cabin area per Avcon Industries Drawing List 4500 with an FAA approval date of October 21, 1975, or later for the fixed stretcher and June 8, 1983, or later for the adjustable stretcher.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated October 21, 1975 or later FAA approved revision for models 24, 24A, 24B, 24C, 24D, 24E, 24F, 25, 25A , 25B , 25C , 25D , 25F, 35, 35A, 36, 36A
4. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated June 1, 1979 or later FAA approved revision for models 28 and 29
5. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated October 25, 1989 or later FAA approved revision for model 31
