1. Installation of the Pratt & Whitney PT6A-135A engine on the Piper Aircraft, Inc. PA-46-500TP aircraft must be done in accordance with the MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Master Documentation List (MDL), Doc. # E-3930, Revision 5, dated January 17, 2025, and the Installation Instructions, Doc # E-3933, Revision 0, dated December 15, 2023, or later European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) accepted revisions.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with the MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc # E-3934, Revision 1, dated September 9, 2024, or later EASA accepted revisions.
3. Operations must be in accordance with the MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement, Doc # E-3932, Revision 5, dated January 17, 2025, or later EASA approved revisions.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3. This Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.
4. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the Limitations section of the Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description section.
5. Prerequisites for performing this installation are the installation of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) STC SA03446NY to MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH for the installation of the MTV-27-1-E-C-F-R(P)/CFR203-58d propeller and FAA STC SA02571SE to Garmin International, Inc. for the installation of the G500/G600 TXi Integrated Avionics System.

Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Piper Aircraft, Inc. PA-46-500TP aircraft is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Piper Aircraft, Inc. PA-46-500TP as shown in Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A25SO for parts changed or not affected by the Change.
b. The type certification basis for the Piper Aircraft, Inc. PA-46-500TP aircraft as shown in TCDS A25SO for parts changed or affected by the change with the following exception:
