Installation of the MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH MTV-14-D/195-30() propeller on the Cirrus Design Corporation SR22 and SR22T aircraft must be done in accordance with the MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Master Documentation List (MDL), Doc. # E-2584, Revision 6, dated April 17, 2025, and the Installation Instructions, Doc # E-2126, Revision 2, dated February 24, 2025, or later European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) accepted revisions.

1. This Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with the MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc. # E-2125, Revision 3, dated February 24, 2025, or later EASA accepted revisions.

3. Operations must be in accordance with the MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Pilot's Operating Handbook and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, # E-2128, Revision 4, dated April 2, 2025, for the Cirrus Design Corporation SR22 aircraft, and the Pilot's Operating Handbook and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, # E-2124, Revision 3, dated April 2, 2025, for the Cirrus Design Corporation SR22T aircraft, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the Limitations sections of the Pilot's Operating Handbook and Airplane Flight Manual Supplements referenced in the Description section.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. The MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH MTV-14-D/195-30() propeller on the Cirrus Design Corporation SR22 is certified to operate at a maximum speed of 2700 rpm, but not with the reduction to a maximum speed of 2500 rpm.

Certification Basis:

Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Cirrus Design Corporation SR22 and SR22T is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Cirrus Design Corporation SR22 and SR22T as shown on Type Certification Data Sheet (TCDS) A00009CH for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for the Cirrus Design Corporation SR22 and SR22T for parts changed or affected by the change is TCDS A00009CH with the following exceptions:

• 14 CFR Part 36 at Amendment 36-32.
