2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) A copy of this certificate, the approved FMS, and the approved ICA must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
4) The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the limitations section of the flight manual supplement referenced in the Description section.
5) The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with the airworthiness limitations section of the ICA referenced in the Description section.
