1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Models-Series.

1. Installation of Cabin Interior Upgrade must be in accordance with De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited Master Data List, MDL23010-1, Revision 1, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved January 17, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
2. Operation must be in accordance with De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement, AFMS23010-1, Revision 1, TCCA approved January 17, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.
3. Maintenance must be in accordance with De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA23010-1, Revision 1, dated January 16, 2025, or later TCCA accepted revision.
Certification Basis:
Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited DHC-6-300 and DHC-6-400 Series is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited DHC-6-300 and DHC-6-400 Series is shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A9EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited DHC-6-300 and DHC-6-400 Series for parts changed or affected by the change is 14 CFR Part 23 Amendments 23-1 through Amendment 23-57.
