1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for this Make-Model.

1. Manufacture and Installation of EVASAIR Loading System Installation must be in accordance with TAG Aerospace Inc., Master Drawing List, 080003-10, Revision NC, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved May 8, 2023, or later TCCA approved revisions.
2. Maintenance of EVASAIR Loading System Installation must be in accordance with TAG Aerospace Inc., Maintenance Manual Supplement, 080003-07, Revision NC, dated February 21, 2023, or later TCCA accepted revisions.
3. Operation must be in accordance with TAG Aerospace Inc., Flight Manual Supplement, 080003-11, Revision NC, TCCA approved May 5, 2025, or later TCCA approved revisions.
4. Installation of LifePort Patient Loading and Utility System per FAA STC SA02060LA is required equipment.
