Limitations and Conditions (continuation):
2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
4. A copy of this certificate, AFMS and the ICAs shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified airplane.
Certification Basis:
Based on 14 CFR §21.115 and §21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis due to this modification is the original for Model Embraer EMB-505 shown on TCDS A60CE Revision 13.
