1. Installation of the MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH model MTV-12-D/188-53() propeller on the Piper Aircraft, Inc. PA-28R-201T and PA-28RT-201T aircraft must be done in accordance with MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Master Documentation List, Doc # E-4018, Revision 3, dated March 17, 2025, or later European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) accepted revisions, and the Installation Instructions, Doc # E-4021, Revision 2, dated September 28, 2023, or later EASA accepted revisions.
1. This Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.

Description of Type Design Change (continued):
2. Maintenance must be in accordance with MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc. # E-4022, Revision 0, dated November 15, 2022, or later EASA accepted revisions.
3. Operations must be in accordance with MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH's Supplement Airplane Flight Manual, Doc # E-4020, Revision 2, dated March 17, 2025, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the Limitations sections of the Supplement Airplane Flight Manual referenced in the Description section.
3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
Certification Basis:
Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Piper Aircraft, Inc. PA-28R-201T and PA-28RT-201T is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the Piper Aircraft, Inc. PA-28R-201T and PA-28RT-201T as shown on Type Certification Data Sheet (TCDS) 2A13 for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the Piper Aircraft, Inc. PA-28R-201T and PA-28RT-201T for parts changed or affected by the change is TCDS 2A13 with the following exceptions:
• 14 CFR Part 36 at Amendment 36-32.
