4) FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) Doc. No 32-631-25-01, Revision IR, dated October 20, 2025, or later FAA approved revisions, is a required part of this installation.

5) The modified aircraft must be maintained in accordance with the Maintenance Manual and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Doc. No. 32-600-24-01, Revision A, dated June 23, 2025, or later accepted revision.

6) Equivalent Level of Safety Findings have been made for the following regulation:

2) In accordance with 14 CFR 21.93(b)(3)(ii), the AT-802A that dispenses firefighting materials is exempt from part 36 noise requirements, therefore noise requirements are not included in the certification basis for this STC.
