1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.

1. Manufacturing and Installation of King Air Equipment must be in accordance with ICARUS AERO INC.

Installation Drawings IC2022-408-000 Rev. NC, dated July 25, 2024, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revisions.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with ICARUS AERO INC. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-2022-408 Rev. NC, dated September 18, 2025, or later TCCA accepted revisions.

3. Operations must be in accordance with ICARUS AERO INC. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-2022-408 Rev. A, dated July 9, 2025, or later TCCA approved revisions.

4. Maintenance must be in accordance with the Airworthiness Limitations Section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness identified in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC, TCCA approved September 23, 2025, or later TCCA approved revisions.

5. The following FAA STCs must be installed prior to or concurrent with the installation of this STC:

a) SA00103IB - Installation of Operator Console Structural Provisions

b) SA00104IB - Installation of Equipment Rack Structural Provisions
