3. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS), Kilroy Aviation, LLC, # J621-S1222-018, Revision IR, FAA-approved March 18, 2026.

3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the General Atomics AeroTec Systems GmbH Dornier 228-202 aircraft.

4. A copy of this certificate and documents cited in this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.

5. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the "Limitations" section of the AFMS, Kilroy Aviation, LLC, # J621-S1222-018, revision cited above.

6. There are no Airworthiness Limitations in the of ICA associated with this type design change.

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115, 21.101, 21.17(a) and the FAA policy for significant changes per FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the General Atomics AeroTec Systems GmbH model Dornier 228-202 aircraft is as follows:
