1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. Installation of the Garmin G1000 NXi Integrated Flight Deck System must be in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Genesys Engineering Order A228430 Issue B, dated February 17, 2026, or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.
2. Operation of the the Garmin G1000 NXi Integrated Flight Deck System must be in accordance with TCCA approved Aircraft Fligth Manual for the DHC-6 Seies 400 (Twin Otter) Classic 300-G, PSM 1-64G-1A, or later TCCA approved revision.
3. Maintenance of the Garmin G1000 NXi Integrated Flight Deck System must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Genesys Instructions for Continued Airworthiness A228600 Issue A, dated December 12, 2025 or later TCCA accepted revision.
3. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited DHC-6 Series 400 (Classic 300-G).
Certification Basis:
Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for modified De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited DHC-6 Series 400 (Classic 300-G) is as follows:
a. The type certification basis for the De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited DHC-6 Series 400 (Classic 300-G) is shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) A9EA for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
b. The type certification basis for the De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited DHC-6 Series 400 (Classic 300-G) for parts changed or affected by the change is shown on TCDS A9EA with the following exceptions:
