Approval for IFR operations only applies when the airplane is operated in normal category; this approval does not apply when the airplane is operated in acrobatic category.
This STC does not affect nor change any requirements of Title 14 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) Part 91. Approval for IFR operations only applies when the airplane is configured with the minimum equipment for IFR flight defined by 14 CFR Part 91, Section 91.205.
This modification should not be installed on aircraft on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.
A copy of this certificate and Bruce P. Mamont AFMS document SAC-ST20818SEA-8KCAB-FM-IR must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit a person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give this person written evidence of that permission.
