2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

1. MT-Propeller Entwicklung MTV-37-1-E-C-F-R(P)/CFR205-353( ) propeller manufactuered in accordance with the MT-Propeller Master Documentation List E-4504, Revision 0, dated February 11, 2026, or later European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) accepted revision; and installed in accordance with Installation Instructions E-4507, Revision 1, dated March 19, 2026 ,or later EASA-accepted revision.
Description of Type Design Change (continued):
2. Maintained in accordance with the MT-Propeller Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) E-4508, Revision 0, dated February 11, 2026, or later EASA accepted revision.
3. Operated in accordance with the MT-Propeller Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) E-4506, Revision 0, dated February 11, 2026, or later EASA approved revisions.
3. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the Limitations section of the AFMS referenced in the Description section.
4. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with the Limitations section of the ICA referenced in the Description section.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

The certification basis for the modified Piper Aircraft Inc. PA-46-600TP and PA-46-701TP is as shown on TCDS A25SO plus Part 36 at Amendment 36-32
