Installation of a GTE Airfone Digital Public Telephone System (Genstar), installed per GTE Airfone STC Documentation Checklist AFP 70-0283-AA, Rev. 22, dated July 13, 1995, or later FAA Approved revision.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. All seatbacks and bulkheads on which an airfone is mounted must be of the breakaway type or have no injurious objects in the head strike radius.
3. This approval is limited to aircraft with STC SA878GL installed previously or in conjunction with this installation.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
