1. This Supplemental Type Certificate is applicable to all serial numbers for the Make-Models shown on the attached FAA AML No. SA12520IB.

1. Installation and maintenace of the Lanitz-Prena Folien Factory GmbH ORATEX covering and coating system installed without stitching, must be done in accordance with the Lanitz-Prena Folien Factory GmbH Master Document Lists (MDLs), and the Application Manual & Airplane Maintenance Manual Supplements (AMMSs) shown on the attached Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Approved Model List (AML) No. SA12520IB, or later European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) accepted revisions of these documents.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. Maintenance must be done in accordance with the Airworthiness Limitations sections of the Application Manual & Airplane Maintenance Manual Supplements (AMMSs) shown on the attached FAA AML No. SA12520IB.

Certification Basis:

Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modification on the applicable aircraft models is as shown on Type Certification Data Sheets (TCDSs) 2A8, 3A23, and A22NM plus the following regulations:
