Description of Type Design Change: This approves the modification of the Bendix Brake Control Units to improve braking performance in accordance with GidAir, Inc. Modification Instructions, Section 1, dated September 1, 1981; Section 2, Alterna te Sealing Method dated November 16, 1982; Section 3, installation of Stainless Steel Liner, dated December 13, 1982; and GidAir, Inc. Original Master Drawing List, Original Revision, dated June 2, 1993, or later FAA approved revisions.
1) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
