Installation of McCauley Propeller Systems propeller model B3D36C424/74SA in accordance with McCauley Technical Report No. 805, dated September 17, 1993 and McCauley Drawing No. D-60133, dated October 21, 1993, or later FAA approved revision.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement Technical Report No. 804, dated November 9, 1993, or later FAA approved revision, is required. For aircraft models PA-28R-201 and PA-28RT-201, FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Technical Report Number 804, dated November 9, 1993, Revision B, or later FAA approved revisions are required. For aircraft model PA-28R-180, FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Technical Report Number 804, dated November 9, 1993, Revision C, or later FAA approved revisions are required.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
