Installation of a Shadin Company Fule Flow Indicating System in accordance with Shadin Company Report Number 4092, revised June 29, 1988, or later FAA approved revision.

1) This approval should not be extended to other airplanes of this model that incorporate any other previously approved modifications, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of these airplanes.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
