Installation of a GTE Airfone Public Telephone System (Genstar) installed per GTE Airfone STC Documentation Checklist AFP 70-0286-AA, Rev. 26, dated October 14, 1998, or later FAA Approved revisions.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. All airplane seatbacks on which a seatfone is mounted must be of the breakaway type or there must be no injurious objects in the head strike radius.
3. The applicable FAA Approved Airplane Maintenance Manual Supplement, dated October 11, 1996 or February 2, 1998, or later FAA Approved revision is required.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
