Original Product Type Certificate Number : 4A25 Make: Boeing Model: DC-8-61 Description of Type Design Change: Passenger Entertainment System, Stereo and Monaural Tape Deck Audio, installed in accordance with FAA Approved United Air Llines Report F-1148 Revision A dated February 10, 1967.
Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, th e holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
