The engineering basis for FAA approval of the Ceconite fabric covering process is contained in the FAA Sealed Ceconite Product Enginéering Specification No. 3815, no change revision, dated June 10, 1983 or later FAA approved revision.

This STC is applicable to those models of Aircraft listed on the FAA Sealed List prepared by Ceconite, Inc. entitled "List of Civil Aircraft Models Approved by FAA for Modification in Accordance with Ceconite, Inc. STC. No. SA1351WE for Ceconite 101 Material Covering of Aircraft Surfaces". The extent of coverage approval for each model of aircraft is also shown in that list;
