Installation Instructions to SA1495NM. This modification also includes the installation of 2024T-3 aluminum angles to prevent inadvertent opening of the rear door during sky diving operations in accordance with photo (4).

Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in McDonnell Douglas, Model DC-3C-S1C3G, Serial Number 43089 only.

A copy of this Certificate, SALAIR, Inc. Installation Instructions to SA1495NM, and Operation Limitations shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
