The approval of this change in type design applies basically to Beech Models:

D18S, E18S, E18S-9700, G18S, H18, C-45G, TC-45G, C-45H, TC-45H, SNB-5, JRB-6, 3N, 3NM and 3TM aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft and these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

The special inspections of the lower spar cap required by AD 72-20-5 must be conducted at the time of installation of this modification.

This installation constitutes a reinforcement approved by Chief, Engineering and Manufacturing Branch, FAA Central Region, Kansas City, Missouri, and thereafter negates in the special inspection requirements of AD 72-20-5, provided 300 hour visual inspections are accomplished in the areas specified by AD 72-20-5.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
