The following placard is required to be on the rear cockpit intrument panel in full view of the pilot: "THIS IS AIRCRAFT MUST BE OPERATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SERV-AERO ENGINEERING, INC. FAA APPROVED AIRPLANE FLIGHT MANUAL."
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Serv-Aero Engineering, Inc. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Number FM102883, dated October 28, 1983, or later FAA approved revision is required.
