FAA Approved Roto-Master (Rajay) Flight Manual Supplement dated December 8, 1967 or later FAA approved revision is required with this installation. The O-540-E4B5 engine must be modified to incorporate turbochargers in accordance with STC No. SE40WE. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
