Modification of the Helio, P/N 391-030-401-30, main spar carry-thru assembly per Clarence H. Brent Drawing B-401 (4 sheets) and Installation Instructions stamped “FAA Approved” with a date of May 30, 1980; Drawing B-401, Revision D (5 sheets) and Installation Instructions stamped “FAA Approved” with a date of March 17, 1982, or later.

1.) This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.

2.) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
