1. Attachment of Hayes TRX-3 Tow Target System to wing external stores attach points installed per STC SA1505CE, OR
2. Attachment of Hayes Universal Tow Targets listed on Gates Learjet Corporation Master Document List No. T100045, FAA Approved on May 6, 1983, or later FAA Approved revisions, to wing external stores attach points and ejector installed per STC SA1670CE.
1. The airplane is in restricted category when either of these modification is installed.
2. STC SA1505CE and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated September 11, 1980, are required equipment when type design change (1) is installed.
3. STC SA1670CE and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated May 9, 1983, are required equipment when type design change (2) is installed.

This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.
