An FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement is required with incorporation of this modification.
Type of Liquids to be Carried Were Not Considered in the Evaluation Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this installation are considered inadequat for duplication in other aircraft. Therefore, this approval is limited to the instal ation in Fairchild Model C-119F/R4Q2 Serial No. 10836 only. A copy of this Certifica and a copy of FAA sealed Sorm, Inc., Drawing List SI-20000 shall be maintained as pal of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. The aircraft shall be loaded anc the system operated in accordance with Sorm, Inc., Report No. SI-2000, Pages 40-41 Revision A, or a later FAA approved Revision. Do not exceed revised C.G. limits specified in FAA approved Sorm, Inc., Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. 1.
