Installation of EDO-AIRE 696-3500 amphibian floats on Helio H-295 airplanes with a gross weight increase per STC SA1589CE as described in EDO-AIRE Report No. ECC-R-456 with an FAA approval date of July 21, 1981, or later.

1.) Airplanes must be modified in accordance with STC SA1589CE.

2) Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated July 21, 1981, is required equipment when this STC is installed.

3) This approval should not be extended to other specifi c airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the airplane

4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
