NOTE: Crankshaft was converted to remove provision for controllable pitch propeller as per Lycoming Service Bulletin No. Sl10980.

Limundbedia Data pertaining to this modification are considered to be inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Cessna 150H, Serial Number 15069213 only. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

SA1680NM The conditions and limitations of the original Type Certificate No. 3A19 apply except as follows:

This Addendum, which is part of the Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA16SONM, prescribes the conditions and limitations under which the STC issued meets the airworthiness requirements of the Civil Air Regulations.

Supplemental Type Certificate HOLDER: Harber "Pete" Lazaros CESSNA 150H, 2PCLM (NORMAL CATEGORY) AS MODIFIED BY STC SA1680NM Engine: Lycoming 0-320-AЗA Fuel: 80/87 minimum grade aviation gasoline Engine Limits: For all operations: 2700 rpm (150 Hp) Propeller and McCauley 1C172/TM7258 Propeller Limits: Static rpm: Not over 2350, not under 2250 Diameter: Not over 72", not under 70" Equipment: Cessna Pilot's Operating Handbook for Cessna 150H must be maintained in the airplane at all times.

NOTE 1: Current weight and balance report including list of equipment in the certified empty weight must be in the aircraft.

NOTE 2: In addition to the Placards and Markings required by Type Certificate Data Sheet 3A19, Note 2, apply the following:

a. Adjacent to the fuel filler cap: 80/87 OCTANE MINIMUM

b. Adjacent to or in close proximity to the aircraft identification plate:
