1. FAA Approved Mitchell Industries, Inc. Placard 13A689-402 is required with installation No. 1.
2. FAA Approved Autopilot Flight Manual Supplement P/N 68S168 dated April 16, 1974, is required with Radio Coupler Model 1C388-3, installation No. 1.
3. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement P/N 68S245 dated May 8, 1975, is required with installation No. 2.
