Install E-53 Equipment Rack Part Number AFA40-1021-00, or AFA40-1033-01 in accordance with the applicable drawings called out on GTE Airfone Drawing List No. AFA40-1021-00-DL01, Rev. 2, dated March 9, 1992, or Drawing List AFA40-1033-00-DL01, Rev. 0, dated January 20, 1994 respectively, or later FAA Approved revisions.
1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
