Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of overhead storage bins in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) sealed KME “Stow-All II Instl,” Drawing List Number 1429DL, Revision E, dated April 6, 1983, or later FAA-approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. The resulting interior arrangement, along with the required placarding, has not been evaluated and is not part of this supplemental type certificate.
