Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Flight Crew Restraint System on Mitsubishi MU-2B airplanes with Tenryu seats (P/N 037A-91120) in accordance with Master Drawing List MU2-9000, Rev. C, dated August 20, 2003, or with MHI seats (P/N 010A-91101) in accordance with Master Drawing List MU2- 9000M, Rev. B, dated August 19, 2003, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
