Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Dual or Triple Universal Navigation Corporation UNS-1 Flight Management Systems in accordance with FAA sealed Western Commander Top Drawing No. 07000025 Revision “A” or later FAA sealed revision. Applicable FAA approved Western Commander Airplane Flight Manual Supplements are listed on the appropriate Western Commander Top Drawing.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies basically to Gulfstream American G-1159A aircraft models only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
