747-100 Description of Type Design Change : Installation of LD-11 cargo container stops allowing arrangement of LD-11, LD-3 and other cargo contai ners in accordance with United Air Lines, DAS-1- WE, Approved Drawing List No. 1929 dated February 7, 1983, or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies basically to 747-100. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and a ny of those previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. This determination should include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight in the fuselage. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder sh all give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
