737-100 S/N 19031 only Description of Type Design Change: Retrofit of Smiths Industries Type 2123 fuel quantity indicators with Type 4211 capacitance trim units and a Type 4270 VTO relay module in the fuel quantity system in accordance with United Air Lines, DAS-1-WE, Approved Drawing List 1944 dated September 28, 1984, or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions : Data pertaining to this modification is considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is lim ited to the installation made in Bo eing 737-100 aircraft serial number 19031 only. Approved Flight Manual Supplement dated July 11, 1984 applies to this modification. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interre lationship between this cha nge and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
